Founding Fleet is a group of 10 spots for contractors running real equipment. You use Zerk on your own fleet, tell us honestly what works and what does not, and the roadmap follows what you run into.

You can read about what Zerk covers today before you apply. The program is about using those tools on your own machines and bringing your experience back to the person building them.

Good feedback starts with everyday maintenance work. Where did you have to enter a reading twice? Which screen took too long to explain to the next person? What information did the shop need before it could book a service? Those are useful questions for a monthly call. You do not need to speak software language or prepare a presentation. Describe what happened at the machine or in the shop.

Setup and fleet import give us a place to start together. Bring the equipment list you already use, then review the imported records before relying on them for planning. A useful register is not just a set of names: it connects the unit to the meter, service plan and certificate records your team needs. A monthly feedback call, and honest answers on it. Tell us what is clumsy, what is missing and what you stopped using.

Once you are happy with the results, we ask permission to write a case study and use your logo. Nothing is published without that permission. The request comes after you have had a chance to use Zerk, not before you know whether it fits your shop.

Tell us about the work that went smoothly as well as the work that did not. A clear service record, a certificate found quickly or a maintenance plan that needs fewer steps all help explain where the product should go. The point is honest feedback from a working fleet, not a testimonial written before you have used the software.

Founding Fleet fits shops with roughly 25 to 500 maintained assets: contractors, highway crews and aggregates operations. A maintained asset is an asset with a PM plan, a certification or a meter.
